TERMS OF SERVICE & RULES

!!! WHEN COMMISSIONING ME, THIS MEANS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED MY TERMS OF SERVICE. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. !!!!Please note that these rules mostly apply to individual/personal commissions. When doing commercial, licensed, or industry work, I would prefer to discuss terms privately.

- Please keep in mind that you will be added to my queue accordingly.
You must be over 18 to commission me! (Due to legal reasons regarding payment)- IMPORTANT: You must pay before I begin the drawing. I will not work on the commission until full payment is recieved
I WILL provide regular works in progress pictures and updates, guaranteed to ensure that I can deliver the art you have requested.- PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL, KOFI, OR CASHAPP PLEASE!! When sending payment. I would prefer that you pay during the month you are queued for, but feel free to discuss payment methods with me. I am open to advance payments if absolutely necessary. PLEASE try to send payment within the first two weeks of the month you are queued for!PAYPAL: I will send you an invoice for your commission.SQUARE: I will send you a LINK to send direct payment!CASHAPP: I will give you my Cashapp name!- I DO NOT sell nor participate in any NFT projects or AI generation or replication. I WILL NOT accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment. I do not allow my work to be distributed as an NFT and will take legal action against you if you use my art for NFT or AI generation.- Please keep in mind that I work on commission at my own pace. Please do not spam me or harass me for updates. I will provide regular updates and WIPs as frequently as possible. Commissions may take up to 4-5 months OR MORE to complete depending on my schedule.If you want a piece completed within a specific time frame, please let me know and we can discuss further details. I WILL CHARGE extra if you want a commission done early because this requires priority over other commissions. I will charge extra for complex designs of any kind due to complex designs taking more time for me to draw.- WHEN COMMISSIONING ME UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL BE RECIEVING WORK IN MY OWN STYLE AND PERSONAL INTERPRETATIONS OF A SUBJECT.
This means I will NOT mimic or replicate the art style of other artists. Please do not ask me to do this or ask me to modify my style in any way, you are paying me to draw in my own art style, so that is what you will recieve.- ONLY ASK FOR LARGE CHANGES (ex: redraw the body, add hair, wings, tail, head, etc.) DURING THE SKETCH PHASE.
I will NOT make changes once I begin lineart. I will, however, accept SMALL changes during the lineart (ex: correcting colors, redraw the teeth or eyes). I will NOT make changes to a completed piece (COLOR CHANGES ARE FREE THOUGH!!).However, if you want major changes in phases such as lineart and coloring, I will charge extra because this may take more time to fix. IF I MAKE ANY MAJOR MISTAKES PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE I BEGIN LINEART AND COLORS! Once you accept a sketch, understand that you are subject to additional charge moving forward depending on the changes you ask for.I will charge you extra even if I made a mistake in the sketch phase, but if absolutely needed, I am willing to negotiate if it's a severe mistake. As my client it is your responsibility to inform me of what I need to do in order to improve the artwork I am drawing for you, I only want the best for the art I do for you!- Unless directly stated not to, I will proceed with posting or presenting my commission work in portfolios or social media. If you do not want commission work posted, please inform me.- ASK ME about specialty commissions like icons/profile pics and concept art sheets or any other kind of art that is not priced on this document.- NO REFUNDS AFTER WORK HAS BEGUN AND AFTER SKETCH IS APPROVED.
I will only accept a refund if absolutely necessary. Please ask me for rates if this does ever occur. If I (or you) cancel a commission BEFORE I begin any work, however, you will always recieve a full refund.Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested in purchasing a commission.I am very flexible and open to discussing negotiation if needed! Please do not hesitate to ask me about any questions or concerns you may have regarding my rules, prices, or turnaround time and I will see what I can do for you!NOTE: TYPICAL TURNAROUND IS 1-2 MONTHS BUT THIS MAY CHANGE.
COMMISSIONS WILL BE COMPLETED ON MY OWN TIME UNLESS A SPECIFIC DUE DATE AS BEEN DISCUSSED. Turnaround time varies as I am dealing with mental health issues and college and this affects my ability to work, so please be patient.When you are added to my queue I will contact you when it is time to discuss commission details.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU COMMISSION ME

1) After details are discussed, I will give you a price and payment will be sent.2) Within 1-2 weeks of payment I will provide a base and clean sketch.
THIS IS YOUR TIME TO MAKE ANY LARGE CHANGES.
I WILL CHARGE EXTRA FOR CHANGES AFTER THIS.
Once sketch is approved, I will begin lineart.3) Throughout the entire process, you will be receiving regular updates from me!
(Updates 2-5 times a month depending on progress)4) You got your art! Yay! :D

Monday: Work in morning and evening.

Friday-Saturday: Work in morning and evenings.

MONSTER-FY YOUR CHARACTER
- Starts at $165, I will adjust the price as I see fit. Basic render by default, please ask me if you would like a rendered piece instead! These are artistic liberty commissions. Customization is allowed, but by default, these will be drawn with full artistic liberty!
